Growing Boy!!

We had our one month appointment today. He weighs 9lbs 13 oz and is the 50th percentile for his age. He is 21 1/2 in long and also in the 50th percentile. His head measurement is 39 cm and is in the 70th percentile for that. The doctor said that everything looks great and would like to see him sleeping for about 4-5 hours straight at night. I can't agree more!!!!

Brady is 5 weeks old

We needed to go grocery shopping and decided to try out the carrier. It worked really well and Brady seemed to enjoy being in there. He was trying to watch everything as we shopped.

We gave Brady a bath. Sometimes he likes it and sometimes he really cries. It seems that whatever mood he is in when you put him in the tub will determine how the bath goes. Thankfully, this was a good night and we could get some pictures of him enjoying the water.

We went for a walk in the jogging stroller. Brady loves to be outside. He usually falls asleep by the end of the walk after he fights the sleep mid-walk. He looks so little in the stroller but I know that soon, he will be filling it out much better.

We had a picnic at my Dad's house for the 4th of July. Since there was quite a bit of family there, we took advantage and captured some Kodak moments.

Trip to Philadelphia

While John's parents and neice were here we went to visit Philadelphia since Katrina had never been there. We went to the National Constitution Center and saw the Liberty Bell. We had a great day and ended it with us all buying Life is Good shirts to match Brady's he was going to wear on the 4th.
