Brady's First Christmas

Sorry it has been so long since I have blogged. The time is flying by!! Brady's first Christmas was lots of fun. John's parents came to visit us from Florida for the week. It was so great to have them with us. They froze but they really enjoyed seeing Brady. They saw him when he was 2 weeks old but he has changed quite a bit since they last saw him. Brady enjoyed the paper as most kids do. He didn't really notice much of what was in his packages but we are thankful for the gifts he got. Next year he will really be into the paper and boxes and we can't wait to catch it all on video.

Sarah tagged me and now I am it. As part of the game, I need to go to the 6th folder and post the 6th picture in that folder. Here is my picture. It is my parents from Christmas 2005. I always love my parent's tree because it is always has a touch of country and very beautiful.

Turkey Trot

Jamie and I ran in a 5K the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It was in Bethlehem and quite cold. Jamie did great and we had a wonderful time. Dad, Nate, John and Brady, the snow bear, came to cheer us on.

Brady's Thanksgiving Meal

We introduced cereal to Brady for the first time on Thanksgiving. He did really well for his first time. He eats much better at dinner time than he does in the morning. By Christmas, we will be giving him veggies and fruits.

Thanksgiving

We had Thanksgiving at our house. Jamie and Nate came in the morning and we had pancakes and then spent most of our time in the kitchen. We had a great time!! With everyone's schedules, we don't get to spend too much extended time like that together. We ate dinner with Uncle Mike, Dad and Betsy. Then we celebrated Mike and Betsy's birthdays with friends and family. We had a full house and it was wonderful.
